My name is Johanna LoPorto and I'm currently an Adjunct Professor teaching Organizational Business Leadership courses at the University of the People and Political Science and Non-profit organizational courses at Grand Canyon University I am also the Founder/Executive Director of Latina Voice, Inc. and Director of Quality Management and Corporate Compliance Officer at Person Centered Care Services, Inc. working in the field of disabilities human services.

I earned a doctorate in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. My work is centered in disabilities but I also do research on a range of cross-disciplinary topics that include Multiculturalism, Intersectionality, Quality of Life Frameworks and Principles of Pedagogy. At its core, my work is aimed at understanding multicultural and intersectional aspects of identity in fostering inclusive, equitable and diverse communities. The purpose of my work is to collectively enhance human dignity, eliminate prejudice and discrimination, and improve the quality of life for everyone.
